We've heard it over and over... the network marketing industry isn't for everybody. Yes, those of us who know what this industry provides have a tough time figuring out why everybody doesn't see what we see, right?
How about that new person you sponsored last month. He or she was excited and ready to set the world on fire. It's been three weeks now, and you can't get her to answer the phone. You don't hear her on any of the Team or Corporate calls and as far as you know, she's fallen off the face of the Earth.
Here's what I know. Because you are reading this blog, you are a serious networker. You are a person who is growing yourself and your intent is to grow others. When a new person comes into your organization, you provide support, materials, encouragement and empowerment.
You "get" what this industry is about and you expect others to grab it and go, just like you did.
Guess what? Not everyone "gets it". And, that is not your fault or your responsibility.
We create our businesses like a ladder by which every person in our organization who will make the effort may climb to mind boggling prosperity and abundance. And given the opportunity, if he chooses not to climb, it is not your fault.
It's true that the network marketing industry isn't for everyone. And, it may not "be" for most of the people in your organization. You are looking for the ones who see this industry the way you do. Let the others stay at the bottom of the ladder. It's OK.
