Of course, each of those factor into the final decision, but the biggest factor is YOU.
Are you a confident leader? Do you exude friendliness, integrity, professionalism?
Most people are looking for a way to take their lives to the next level. Everyone wants to be a success. No body wants to die with their song still inside. Most people are looking for someone to follow.
You are selling yourself, so do a good job of it. KNOW your company and your products. Be honest about the amount of time and effort required to build a strong network marketing company, and the resulting residual income. KNOW the objections most of your prospects have about your company or products and be able to teach non-threatening responses to your new business partners.
Encourage personal growth. Have a list of books and Cd's to recommend to your new people. Be sure they are registered for your company's training programs. Take them to local and regional business meetings. Be a leader. Read the books, listen to the Cd's, attend the meetings. You are selling yourself.
Create incentive programs for your personal organization. Your company has incentive programs, but create little ones for your group. Recognize even the smallest accomplishment. Send inspirational and encouraging cards.
You are selling yourself. And, you will be duplicated. What if everyone in your group did exactly what you did today? Be a leader. Everyone is watching... and copying.
